You don't have to agree with these decisions this is just what I think is best for Hank.
Barricade
Hank takes 40% reduced damage for 3 seconds.
It's Gonna Blow
When Balloon Blast is charged over 80%, Hank gains 10% extra movement speed.
Shield
Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.
Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.
Guide

Game Modes
Gem Grab
BUBbLeS!! But really, your bubble can be a little overpowered and also VERY annoying.
Bounty
Same thing as Gem Grab.
